The offer and sale of products on our website (“beuysonsale.com”) are governed by the current Terms and Conditions of use.
Products bought on beuysonsale.com are sold directly by Gfeller & Hellsgard GbR Torstr. 110, 10119 Berlin, Germany.
Price
1.1- The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all inclusive of tax, excluding processing fees and shipping.
1.2- For orders outside of Germany, the client is the importer of the products purchased. For all products shipped outside of the European Union, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be charged. beuysonsale.com is not responsible for paying these taxes and fees. Instead, they are the client’s responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment to the authorities and powers within the client’s country. beuysonsale.com advises that clients inquire about these issues with local authorities in their home country.
1.3- All orders must be paid in euros.
1.4- beuysonsale.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is made, subject to availability.
Orders
By validating his or her order online, the client accepts unconditionally and agrees to engage with and respect beuysonsale.com’s current terms and conditions of use. If the customer does not agree with the terms specified in the terms and conditions of use, we ask the customer not to place orders on beuysonsale.com. By placing an order with beuysonsale.com, the client confirms to know and accept our terms and conditions without reservation.
Availability
Product availability is based on the amount of available stock. Errors may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation of the customer’s order, we will make every effort to keep the customer informed by email or phone as soon as possible.
When a product is no longer available on beuysonsale.com, customers will see a “Sold Out” button appear on the page. However, if the product is scheduled to come back in stock, the customer may receive an email automatically to be kept informed by clicking on “Notify me when available.”
beuysonsale.com is not liable in the case of shortage or unavailability of products.
Order Completion
At any time, the customer can:
Select an article by clicking on “Add to bag,” and then clicking on “checkout.”
Add more items by clicking on “continue shopping.”
Consult a list of your selected items by clicking on “your shopping bag.”
The customer may change the quantity of an item he or she wishes to buy by changing the number of units selected, or delete an item by clicking on the “x.”
For each item selected on beuysonsale.com, a summary page will appear, showing an image of the product, its color and reference number, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total price of the order. beuysonsale.com invites customers to thoroughly check the accuracy of their selection before confirming their order.
Though every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of our items are accurately posted on our website, variations may occur, particularly because of computer screen limitations in accurately displaying color. For this reason, beuysonsale.com is not liable for inaccuracies in the photographs or graphical representations of products on beuysonsale.com.

Each order made on beuysonsale.com requires that the customer provide us with accurate and complete information. The requested information includes: title, name, phone, email address, billing and shipping address.
Once completed, your order will be sent directly for fulfillment.
You may change or cancel your order by contacting Customer Service by phone or email.
beuysonsale.com reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute on a previous order, or if beuysonsale.com reasonably believes that a client has violated the terms and conditions, or for any other legitimate reason.
A summary of your order will be sent by email. The message will contain the name of the products ordered, the quantity, price and amount of postage.
You may create an account to save the billing and delivery information for your order. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of the account. By doing so, you agree, at your own risk, to keep the password and all other information confidential and never to disclose them to third parties. Accordingly, any purchase made through your account will be assumed to have been made by you. In case off loss, theft or unauthorized use of your account, you agree to relay this information to beuysonsale.com immediately.
You can place an order without creating an account by clicking on “checkout as guest.” You will need to fill in the necessary information for the delivery of the order: your name, address, phone number and email.
You can also make a payment using your Amazon account by clicking on the “Login with Amazon” button. The proposed bank cards for payment will be those stored in your Amazon account. The billing and delivery information will be pulled directly from your registered address book in your Amazon account.
Delivery
Items will be sent to the delivery address indicated during the time of purchase.
Shipments in Germany are made by Deutsche Post or DHL.
For shipments within the European Union or outside of Europe, beuysonsale.com uses Deutsche Post,UPS and DHL.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically, just after you have finalized your order. They will appear in the amount you must pay. The amount depends on the products ordered, delivery area and the selected service.
Customs and other fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns, Exchanges
beuysonsale.com is committed to providing you with high quality items. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased with us, we will be happy to exchange or reimburse you.
The shipping cost will not be reimbursed only the item price.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to return it to beuysonsale.com.

Items must be returned in their original condition, in their packaging and with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

The costumer stands for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Packages returned without necessary return information will be sent back to the customer.
Original art works will not be exchanged or refunded.

Lost orders
Most of the orders which are getting "lost" returns to us as unclaimed. Please check your local post office if the package didn't arrive after 2 weeks in order to avoid this.
If we received the package back as "unclaimed", the item amount will be reimbursed and not the shipping cost.
If the package is not getting returned to us, due to that our products are handmade and limited, we are not obligated and also not able to reimburse you. Each case will be handled separately and we'll try our best to find a solution.
Intellectual Property
All text, commentary, articles, illustrations and images produced on the beuysonsale.com website are all rights reserved. As such, in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is tolerated.
Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under Intellectual Property laws unless beuysonsale.com gives permission before use.
Total or partial reproduction of the beuysonsale.com catalog is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.
Responsibility
All items offered on beuysonsale.com comply with French legislation. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities in your country to verify the possibility of delivery within your country and the use of the products you plan to order.
Applicable Law- Disputes
In the case of a legal dispute, the German courts have jurisdiction.
