An homage (or rather a damage) to 1845 classic german children's book written and illustrated by Heinrich Hoffmann, Der Struwwelpeter (Shock-headed Peter). Der Struwwelpeter is an illustrated moral tale and as one of the earliest books for children is considered a precursor to comic books.
