Mickey has discovered a new place to indulge
to the serene pleasures of fishing. Delighted, he drags his
faithful companion, Goofy. Unfortunately, the corner is
infested with unscrupulous soldiers who do not hesitate to
use nuclear power to eliminate parasites. Mickey, irradiated, then becomes the prey of various genetic modifications that lead him into a series of delusional situations and encounters.
